Mixing System for Bioprocess
BIOne Mixing System by Distek
For Cell-Free and Small Volume Mixing Applications
The Distek BIOne Mixing System enhances small volume mixing for both upstream and downstream process development by replacing traditional stir bar techniques with advanced magnetic drive agitation for efficient scaling based on power input per unit volume.
Utilizing gamma-irradiated, BIOne Single-Use vessels assembled in Distek’s ISO-7 certified cleanroom, the BIOne Mixing System offers a sanitized alternative to conventional glass bottles, ideal for laboratories preparing materials for preclinical in vivo studies.

The BIOne Mixing System offers laboratory scientists a sophisticated, yet reliable and user-friendly small volume mixing platform for a diverse range of cell-free mixing applications. Built on the proven technology of the flagship BIOne 1250 Bioprocessing Controller, the BIOne Mixing System delivers precise and accurate agitation and temperature control while supporting seamless integration with advanced process analytical technologies for enhanced monitoring and optimization.
