The ABER Countstar is an offline, automated yeast counter using traditional dyes. It can be used for rapid counting of yeast cells and viability estimation. The Countstar is simple to operate and eliminates the time consuming, tedious and potentially error-prone haemocytometer operation.

The COMPACT YEAST MONITORS from ABER Instruments’ brewing equipment range are designed to be used in real time with live yeast concentrations up to 70% viable spun solids.

The Compact Yeast Monitor measures the concentration of live yeast on-line. It is designed to be fitted on to standard instrument housings such as the Tuchenhagen varivent. This robust instrument is completely contained within an IP65 stainless steel housing.

The Analyzer from ABV Technology uses a patented process specially tuned to measure ABV as low as 0.1%. Users can easily determine the alcohol content of a beverage, enabling its operator to perform measurements at a much reduced cost. The device can perform ABV measurement over a vast range of beverages and alcohol content.
