The Seg-Flow Automated On-line Sampling System provides multiple bioprocess monitoring and control solutions for streamlining laboratory processes. The Seg-Flow automated sampling systems‘ patented technology allows efficient and accurate sampling for up to 8 process streams and sample delivery of up to 4 bioprocess analyzers and/or fraction collectors.
Several feed control options are also available with the Seg-Flow system, which can control up to 2 pumps per vessel. Off-line and at-line analytics are seamlessly integrated into a multi-functional on-line PAT tool through the system’s communication interface and FlowWeb control software. The FlowWeb software simultaneously acquires all integrated instrument data and can export the data to any OPC-enabled SCADA system for enhanced process monitoring and control.

Seg-Flow PS Parallel Sampling
The Seg-Flow PS is the smallest and most powerful sampling system from Flownamics.
The Seg-Flow PS Sampling System is a small compact device that sits near the bioreactor. The modular design allows flexibility and scalability. Each PS operates independently, allowing simultaneous sampling of up to 24 bioreactors or sample streams. The small footprint allows you to maximize the value of your benchspace.
The modular design of the PS also makes the system scalable. Add more modules as your sampling demands grow.
The Seg-Flow PS is compatible with the FISP probe and standard dip tube to take cell free or cell containing samples. The minimal sample volume is 0.25mL.
The PS can move samples up to 50 ft. Process analyses are no longer limited by walls. Automatically send samples to a central analytical location or an analyzer outside of the production suite. This provides convenience and reduces sample handling.
The Seg-Flow PS is a closed system with a fully disposable fluid path for maximum sterility and minimal cross contamination.
The Seg-Flow PS can be connected to an S-Series Director to act as an autosampler and perform auto dilutions. Combining the PS system with the Director automates the analysis of samples by sending samples to up to 4 analytical devices.
Seg-Flow S3
The Flownamics Seg-Flow S3 integrates up to 8 vessels and 4 bioprocess analyzers for automated bioreactor sampling. As your current lab setup expands, the S3 allows you to add more vessels and analytical equipment as needed. Flownamics offers a wide range of integrations and assists in laboratory automation for sampling processes, freeing resources and time.
Newest of the line, the S3 made strides in new features, sample cycle time, upgraded accessories, and improved Sample-Mod, saving up to 50% in sampling time. This allows for more data to be collected, providing more efficient monitoring and control.
