The BIOne 1250 is a modular, flexible bioreactor control system designed for precise control of agitation, temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen. It supports cell culture, cell-free, and microbial fermentation processes with both single-use and autoclavable bioreactors, and combines real-time monitoring, data trending, and configurable control with an intuitive 12.1″ (30 cm) capacitive touchscreen interface.

The BIOne 1250 Dual allows simultaneous, independent control of two bioreactor or fermentation systems from a single central tower. With a compact 18″ (W) × 22″ (H) × 27″ (D) footprint, it supports both single-use and autoclavable vessels and carries the same intuitive interface and configurable control as the BIOne 1250.

The BIOne Single-Use Bioreactor (SUB) is assembled in Distek’s ISO 7 cleanroom with USP Class VI, animal derivative-free materials, gamma sterilized, and ready to use out of the box — no cleaning, assembly, or autoclaving required. Available in 2L, 5L, and 10L. Well characterized based on kLa, P/V, and tip speed, simplifying the tech transfer and scale-up process.
Suited for monoclonal antibody production in CHO, AAV and lentiviral vectors in SF9 and HEK293, adherent and aggregate stem cells, and mRNA.

Structural Integrity Testing completed for operations up to 60°C. Leachable and Extractables Testing completed at 40°C.

The BIOne Single-Use Fermentor (SUF) is a fully closed, ready-to-use system for demanding microbial applications including plasmid DNA production in E. coli and recombinant protein expression in yeast. Available in 2L and 10L. Assembled in Distek’s ISO 7 cleanroom with USP Class VI materials and gamma sterilized — no cleaning, assembly, or autoclave sterilization required.
